The Hotel / Center is located 70 km from Porto, in the famous DouroValley , a world heritage site, with a micro climate that allows even temperatures and conditions for rowing.

Access to the hotel from Francisco Sá CarneiroInternational Airport (Porto) is guaranteed by train or transfer provided by the Hotel.
We are located on the left bank of the Douro River, the second largest river in Portugal and next to the largest lock in Europe (Carrapatelo dam 4 km).

There is also a small river, Bestança, the second least polluted in Europe, with a track of 1000 meters, marked with buoys.
The river stretch between the Régua dam and the Carrapatelo dam is 45 km, with very favorable weather conditions, even in the winter.
